At GreBec Knives, we craft each knife with care and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help. Here’s how our Refund & Return Policy works.

How to Return
If your knife isn’t what you expected, give us a call within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll guide you through the return process. We’ll need the knife back within 10 days of your call. Since we want to hear from you directly, please don’t request returns via email.
What We Need for a Return
- Your knife should be unused and in its original condition.
- Shipping costs (both ways) aren’t refundable, so you’ll cover return shipping.
- To keep your knife safe, please use sturdy packaging—not a padded envelope.
- Share a tracking number so we can keep an eye on your return. You can track your return shipment via USPS Tracking.

Refund for the Wrong Item or a Defective Knife?
If we sent the wrong knife or it’s not up to our standards, call us right away. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, no hassle.
Greg’s Lifetime Promise
Every GreBec Knife carries Greg’s Lifetime Promise. To keep your knife in top condition, see our Custom Knife Care guide. If your knife ever has a craftsmanship issue, reach out. Greg will repair or replace it to keep it cutting like new. Since we craft our handles from unique woods we harvest ourselves—like rare Loquat—replacement handles might not look identical. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, just like your original, and we’ll do our best to make it special.
