Join us at the Silver River Museum for our first trip to Ocali Country Days this fall! The festival runs through the weekend of November 7th – 8th with live music, historic displays, vendors, great food, unique crafts for sale and more. We’ll be set up from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Outdoor and EDC Knives
Our everyday carry and outdoor knives are built for outside adventures and the daily grind. Each one is a custom design in US-sourced 1095 high carbon steel and most are made with stabilized Florida wood handles. We have a good of Hunting, Camping and EDC knives, from the 6″ OAL Neck Knife to the 11 1/4″ OAL Camper/Chopper. See us at Ocali Country Day Festival Saturday and Sunday (November 7th & 8th)

Historic Knives
Greg’s representation of classic trade knives with US-sourced 1095 high carbon steel and stabilized Florida wood handles. Most end up in the kitchen — a few find their way to the field. This week we’ll have an English Trade knife, two French Trade knives and a 1850s Tiny Trade knife. These knives are sharp, sharp, sharp, due to their design from the 1600s thru 1800s. See us at Ocali Country Day Festival Saturday and Sunday (November 7th & 8th). Greg will happily demonstrate the sharpness of these knives!
Florida Woods Fillet Knives
Greg’s Fillet Knives are US-sourced 1095 high carbon steel, light and very flexible. These are build with stabilized Bur Oak and range from overall length of 11″ to 12″. The blade lengths are 7″ and 8″. The 6″ sold last week-end, but he’ll be happy to make you one. Come by and pick one up, Greg will immediately show you how flexible they are. He really did a good job on these. See you at Ocali Country Days on November 7th and 8th.
