Knives coming to market on December 12th, 2025
Florida Woods
Inventory is running low, so don’t wait! We’re still bringing a solid selection of custom, razor-sharp high-carbon steel knives with beautiful handcrafted handles made from stabilized Florida woods. Every blade is built by a craftsman who hunts, camps, and carries a knife every single day—he makes them for people just like him (and you). Come see us tomorrow — Friday, December 12th — at the DeLand Artisans Market. Your next favorite knife is waiting!
Historic Knives
Greg’s hand-forged pieces straight out of history have a habit of selling before they even hit the table (ask the collector who snagged that French Trade Knife in Ocala last week—it never made it to DeLand!). This Friday you’ll find:
• A sleek Scandinavian-style Puukko
• A ½-tang Red Maple English Trade Knife – makes a great kitchen knife
• A tiny 1850s Pecan Trade Knife that feels like it came off a fur brigadier’s belt. Living, breathing history you can actually use in the kitchen or hang on the wall. First come, first served. History doesn’t wait.
Florida Woods Kitchen:
Razor-sharp high-carbon blades paired with gorgeous stabilized Florida wood handles—all shaped the old-fashioned way, entirely by hand right here in the Sunshine State. Carving knives, paring knives, steak sets… whatever we have left is truly the last of this batch. Come meet Greg tomorrow—Friday, December 12th—at the DeLand Artisans Market and claim one of the very last ones before they’re gone until 2026.
Perfect Stocking Stuffers Alert!
Fire starters that actually work + sleek RFID-blocking leather wallets.
Both handmade, both under $60, both ready to make someone’s Christmas. See you tomorrow at DeLand Artisans Market!
