Historic Knives
Greg’s historic recreations have a sneaky habit of selling out fast—especially to cooks who love a good story with their steel. This week we have one: a French Trade knife (subtle trailing point). It is fitted with stabilized Florida woods. Come pick it up, get a feel for the balance, and if it speaks to you, we’ll happily build your custom kitchen version in your favorite Florida wood.
Florida Woods Kitchen:
From Florida trees to your cutting board: high-carbon steel blades paired with beautifully stabilized local wood handles. Custom sets are our best-sellers and tend to vanish fast! We have two ready-to-go pieces in stock this week, plus a few custom-ordered steak knives and a chef knife that will be heading to their new homes soon. Come early, get your hands on them, and maybe start designing your own set.

Global beauty meets Florida craftsmanship. Rich Cocobolo and high-carbon steel make this camp knife into true heirloom carry piece.
This series is being retired, but you can always ask if Greg will make a specific knife with a wood you want.
