Greg, our Florida-based bladesmith, crafts each blade using high-quality carbon steel. This particular knife features a 5/32″ thick blade—one of the thickest steels Greg uses. In addition, the thickness gives the knife extra strength and durability without sacrificing control, making it perfect for heavy-duty use. The handle is crafted from locally sourced pecan wood, known for its warm grain and natural character. Since Greg harvests the wood himself, each piece is unique. Brass pins secure the handle, and a lanyard tube provides additional carry options. Thumb serrations give a sure grip and excellent control, whether you’re setting up camp in the rain or skinning your next deer.
