We’ll have our table set up on scheduled Saturday mornings, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Ocala Downtown Market. Once a month, we’ll showcase our custom high carbon steel knives. Greg crafts high-carbon steel knives, featuring Florida Wood Series or exotic wood handles. Becky ensures perfection and crafts custom leather sheaths.

Visit GreBec Knives every other Friday evening at the DeLand Artisans Market! Greg crafts each high-carbon steel blade with precision, etched with our logo, and pairs them with Red Cedar or exotic wood handles. Becky ensures flawless quality and hand-stitches custom leather sheaths.

From a 9 3/4-inch Camp powerhouse to a 6 1/2 inch Caping Knife, these Florida woods are fully stabilized and finished in Stonewashed, Coffee-Etched, and Brushed styles. Each one is ready to work! Swing by DeLand Artisans Market this Friday, 11/21/25—your blade awaits!

Historic Knives
Greg’s historic recreations have a habit of selling out, especially to cooks who love a story behind their steel. This week you’ll find a sleek Puukko, Red Maple Trade knife and possibly a Pecan 1850s Tiny Trade knife (should be finished before we come to market)—all pieces of history you can hold.
