Market Day Update – Summer Hiatus (May–August 2026)
We’re on break from markets until early September while we replace the old garage with a new steel shop and Greg rebuilds inventory (we’re down to just a handful of knives).
Online orders continue with free U.S. shipping. New knives he finishes will be added to the store regularly. Follow along for shop build updates and fall market dates. Thanks for your patience — we’re gearing up for a strong return!

Florida Wood Series – Limited Stock Our signature locally harvested woods are always popular. We have a small selection still available online right now. The Wild Plum Bird & Trout sold last week — great knife, great neighbor!
