This will be the first time we're at the market for the year!!! we want to wish all of our customers (and future customers) Happy New Year! We will be setting un our usual location between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM on January 10th, 2025. We hope Y'all stop by and wish us a Happy New Year and check out what we have. The first photo is our Florida Series knives. If you are not familiar with our Florida Series knives, that means not only did I make the blade but, I harvested the wood from trees that were growing here in Florida. All of our Florida Series handle material has been stabilized to increase its durability as well as to help keep the beautiful grain of these Florida woods as vibrant as possible.
The second photo is our knives with commercially available wood and/or natural antler. with these knives I make the blades but I buy the wood that I make the handle out of. I still stabilize most of the commercial woods but there are a few that are natural wood s that cannot be stabilized.
The next photo (that's the 3rd in case you're counting) is of the last Kitchen Knives that I have (until I get around to making more!). These knives have stabilized Florida Pecan handle material. I made the blades based off of a French designed Chef's Knife and a Carving Knife. I promise I will get around to making more.... eventually.
